A reminder about our summer family picnic coming up on Saturday August 8.
Come join fellow LARC members and their families for a wonderful summer picnic.
The Club will provide hot dogs, buns and refreshments. We ask that everyone
bring a dish to pass. Feel free to bring your radio, because, well, we are a Radio
Club (although Bien Park is not qualified as a POTA park.)
The Summer Picnic is our LARC in the Park activity for August.
It’s also “NEW HAM Day” beginning at 9:30AM. Invite a newly licensed amateur you might know for LARC fellowship and advice on their new hobby from club members (who are encouraged to come and take part. Then, stay around and enjoy the club Picnic part of the day, which “officially” begins at noon.
When: Saturday, August 8, 2026. “Welcoming NEW Hams” starting at 9:30 am.
Picnic portion of the event is scheduled around noon. Join the group at any time.
Where: BIEN PARK (Our LitP and Field Day location)
