Roy Watts, W8ROY, appointed LARC President

At Monday’s meeting, LARC VP Sean Pruitt, AE8SP, announced the Board’s appointment of Roy Watts, W8ROY, to serve out Cliff Bills’ AK9TX term as club President, in accordance with our Constitution and By-Laws. As reported last month, Cliff has had to relocate due to family and work considerations.
Roy has been a long-time member, and most recently had taken on the task of club historian, in addition to working with Wayne Co. ARPSC and various Traffic nets.
