Our February 23rd General Meeting is the most important gathering of the year.
We will be holding our annual elections for Club Officers, and presenting our 2026 Budget.
A quorum of 1/3 of the total membership is needed for the votes for officers, and approval of
the budget. The weather is supposed to be decent, so we would like to see a strong contingent
of members at this meeting.
Because of the meeting’s importance, there will not be a presentation (other than the budget.)
PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND. (There may even be treats for attendees.)
You should have already received emails about the upcoming vacancies on the Board—both the
President and Vice President positions need to be filled.

In addition all other current officers have held their positions for several years (Secretary, Treasurer, Public Info Officer). It would be great if some of the newer members would like to step forward to serve.
We are not talking major time commitments—a few hours a month, most of which can be
handled from your own home. Think about it. Do it.

4-5 in the February “Repeater.” They detail some of the work required to help lead the Club.
