If you are aware of anyone wanting to obtain their amateur radio license:
Dan KB6NU’s next One-Day Tech Class amateur radio license class will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025 in Ann Arbor, MI in the EECS Building on the University of Michigan’s North Campus. This is the last email that you’ll receive about the class unless you register.
The class will start promptly at 9:00 am and run until 3:30 pm, at which time the license exam will be given.
High school and college students can attend for free, but there is a $20 charge for all others wishing to take the class. Please register in advance, so that I know how many to expect. If you’re a student, all you have to do to register is send an email to cwgeek@kb6nu.com stating that you want to take the class. All others can register using PayPal or Amazon Pay here.
You can also send a check for $20 to:
Daniel M. Romanchik
1325 Orkney Dr.
Ann Arbor, MI 48103
Please include your e-mail address if you are paying by check.
In addition, there is a $15 fee to take the test. This fee is payable directly to the Volunteer Examiners on the day of the class.
When I get your registration, I will put you on another e-mail list and send you more details a week or two before the class.
I’ll be using my No-Nonsense Technician Class License Study Guide (for tests given between July 2022 and June 2026). The PDF version is FREE. Ebook and print versions are available for a small charge.
Please feel free to invite any friends or family to take the class with you. If you have any questions, please contact me.
