LARC In The Park has returned for the season to the warm confines of the Livonia Police Department’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

LARC In The Park follows the club’s weekly Saturday morning breakfast at the Senate Coney Island on Plymouth Road west of Farmington Road. Meet in the lobby of the Livonia Police Headquarters building at 15050 Farmington Road, just south of 5 Mile Road at 9:30 AM for check-in. We’ll then proceed downstairs to the EOC as a group.*

The Program:  January’s LARC In The Park topic is “Arduino vs Raspberry Pi” 
John, K8YYZ will provide an overview of these two popular, but different, devices. Find out how they can be useful to you in your shack. If you’re already using them, share your experience and knowledge.

*Reminder- you MUST be a current LARC member to participate in LARC In The Park at the EOC, and you MUST RSVP for the upcoming session by contacting our EOC Liaison Bill Allen AD8WA before 9:00 PM on the Thursday preceding the session. LARC is given a great deal of “free reign” inside the LPD EOC but participants are required to pre-register for inclusion on the guest list.
