Due to General meetings without a quorum to support an in-person vote, the LARC Board has called for members to vote electronically on proposed changes to the Constitution & Bylaws. This method of voting is in accordance with the present LARC Constitution.
Please go to the link below, review the changes (Highlighted in Yellow) and submit your vote as soon as possible. This form will be available for a short time, so please cast your vote to approve or not approve these changes.
Voting is open to LARC “Full” members (dues paid, licensed). Student and Associate members are not eligible to vote in club elections.
